Colean has over 16 years of experience in sales, strategy, planning and business operations. Her previous employers include Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Dell Computer. During this time, Colean was deeply involved with more than 10 mergers and acquisitions. Colean also has over 10 years of experience in real estate management. Now, Colean wants to bring her experiences and talents to help companies shaken up by M&A’s to find their footing and regain their success. Colean created Sales Synergy Consulting, a company dedicated to eradicating the problems that arise during an M&A. The goal is to help newly-merged companies regain equilibrium, eliminate friction, and grow revenue, productivity and profits.
Even Colean’s personal passions exhibit her dedication and focus. Colean is an avid tennis player and thrives in a competitive and high-action environment. It was this competitive spirit that took Colean to the Junior College State Championships and the USTA National Tennis Championships. In tennis, as in business, Colean embodies a strong desire to achieve the highest level of success for her team and her clients. Colean earned her bachelor degree in Taipei, Taiwan and master degree from University of Missouri-Columbia. Colean currently lives in Silicon Valley, CA.
Tony Y. Chan is the team leader at the North America Real Estate Investment Group. He did $20mill in sales in 2014. He is also the Managing Director of TT Capital Management, Inc. This fund specializes in real estate investment in the bay area and the fund IRR is over 80% for the past 3 years each year. Tony also did 21 high tech angel investment which gives 25% return. Tony is the creator of a popular app: “One Chinese a Day”. This app was the #1 paid educational app at the Amazon app store. He was also the founder of Facio software, the redberry company in China. Tony helped the company grow from 0 to US$2MM in sales in 3 years. He and his company were interviewed by Businessweek. In 2003, Tony worked at Rhapsody networks where he was responsible for storage management. This company was acquired by Brocade Communications for US$175MM.
Previously, Tony was at Vitalsigns Software, Inc. where he was responsible for Vital Suites, which received a Network World award. This company was later acquired by Lucent Technology for US$128MM. Tony started his career at Microsoft and was the part of the Windows 95 development group. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and his Master’s degree, also in Electrical Engineering, from Stanford University.
