Chris Wong
Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Products & Strategy, Agile Software Corporation (Moderator)

As Agile’s Chief Product Officer, Chris Wong, uses his 22+ years of management experience in the enterprise software industry to lead Agile Software in developing and delivering a comprehensive business platform that addresses every facet of product lifecycle management (PLM). Prior to joining Agile, Mr. Wong was responsible for charting the strategic direction for product- and technology-related initiatives and activities at PeopleSoft as the Vice President of Products and Technology Strategy. Previously, Mr. Wong was the chairman, CEO, and Founder of SkillsVillage, Inc. SkillsVillage was acquired by PeopleSoft in June, 2001.

Chris is a well-known and highly-regarded strategist in the enterprise software arena, and has been featured in many leading business publications. He is a sought after speaker in the areas of leadership and enterprise product strategy.

Sukhinder Singh Cassidy
Vice President, Asia-Pacific and Latin America Operations, Google Inc.

Sukhinder Singh Cassidy is Google's Vice President for Asia-Pacific and Latin America Operations. In this role, she is responsible for all of Google's sales operations in these regions. Sukhinder also oversees the company's local search and channel initiatives globally.

Prior to joining Google, Sukhinder was Co-founder and Senior Vice President of Business Development for Yodlee.com Inc., a leading solutions provider to the global financial services industry. From 1999 to 2003, she was responsible for building Yodlee's client base and revenues, signing agreements with companies such as Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Bank of America, Wachovia, Yahoo!, Microsoft, and AOL. For her work at Yodlee and in the industry, Sukhinder has been profiled in publications including Business Week Online, Canada Post, and Innovation Nation, a book profiling Canadian business leaders (Jossey-Bass, 2002).

Prior to joining Yodlee, Sukhinder worked in strategy and business development in Silicon Valley for leading e-commerce providers Amazon.com, and Junglee Corporation, and in New York and London with investment bank Merrill Lynch as well as pay television provider British Sky Broadcasting.

Sukhinder is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

N. Chandrasekaran
Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

N Chandrasekaran (Known as Chandra) is the Executive Vice-president (EVP) of TCS and heads TCS’ global sales and delivery worldwide. Chandra is a key member of the corporate strategy group and is responsible for the formulation and execution of the company's global strategy, which focuses on near-term and longer-term growth opportunities.

Chandra completed his Masters Degree in Computer Applications from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy, India in 1986. Chandra has a total experience of 18 years in Software Industry and held a number of senior leadership positions in TCS. Under his able leadership, TCS has ventured into a number of new markets including China, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Chandra has been the executive sponsor for a number of TCS’ large customer relationships and alliances. He is also the founder of eBusiness practice in TCS.

Chandra has spearheaded the quality initiatives in TCS which resulted in TCS becoming first company in the world to achieve an enterprise-wide Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) Level 5 certification. He also conceptualized and led the development of an Integrated Quality Management System (iQMS), a robust and independent quality model, which has become the framework for benchmarking quality levels in software development and maintenance within TCS. Chandra is the recipient of “Qimpro Silver Standard 2002’ award from Qimpro foundation for his exemplary performance and leadership in Quality.

Apart from being a director on the board of TCS’ wholly-owned aviation BPO subsidiary, AFS, as well as its European, Latin American and Asia-Pacific arms, Chandra is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Computer Society of India (CSI) and the British Computer Society (BCS) as well as a regular contributor to conferences and seminars on Information Technology around the world.

Born on 2nd June, 1963 in Tamil Nadu, Chandra lives in Mumbai with his wife and son.

Qi Lu
Vice President of Engineering, Search & Marketplace, Yahoo! Inc.

Dr. Qi Lu is a VP of Engineering of Yahoo! Inc. responsible for the technology development of Yahoo's Search and Marketplace businesses unit, which includes the company's search, e-commerce, and local listings businesses and products. Prior to joining Yahoo! in 1998, Dr. Lu was a Research Staff Member at IBM Almaden Research Center. Before that, Dr. Lu worked at Carnegie Mellon University as a Research Associate, and at Fudan University in China as a faculty member. He holds 20 US patents, and received his BS and MS in Computer Science from Fudan University and PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Enwei Xie
Director, Microsoft Advanced Technology Center Shanghai

Mr. Enwei Xie is currently the Director of Advanced Technology Center Shanghai and Director of Windows Server Division China. As a pioneer in doing R&D in China, he has established the first development center for Microsoft in Shanghai. He will continue to play a key role in growing Microsoft’s presence in China. Mr. Enwei Xie joined Microsoft in 1994 and had experienced different roles within Microsoft Corporation’s Server and Tools Business, including Test Lead, Test Manager, Director of Testing and Product Unit Manager. During his eleven-year service at Microsoft, Mr. Enwei Xie had successfully shipped many highly popular products, such as Visual Basic, Visual Studio .net, .net Framework, Office and Windows Storage Server and etc.

Mr. Enwei Xie studied at Fudan University in Shanghai for two years before he transferred to Luther College of Iowa (USA), where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition, Mr. Enwei Xie received Magna Cum Laude at his graduation to honor his academic and research achievement and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa honor society as well as other honor society memberships related to his majors.
